To continue IVECO’s strong growth and assist in our exciting future model rollouts, IVECO is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our Mulgrave, Melbourne team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining a high performing, engaged and motivated Dealer Sales Network and maintaining productive relationships with all Dealers to achieve our joint goals and brand strategic objectives.
Please note that previous commercial vehicle experience is necessary for this role.
Responsibilities:
* Achieve wholesale and retail annual Sales Targets
* Achieve Market Share aspirations
* Achieve various strategic targets which underpin customer excellence
* Ensure all Dealers perform and achieve their defined KPIs as managed and communicated through dealer visits and through management / performance tools including Dealer Dashboards, Dealer Standards and Dealer Scorecard.
* Maintain accurate and timely dealership KPI measurements.
* Develop and improve Maintenance and Repair program penetration and Finance penetration to build a compelling Total Cost of Ownership offer for customers.
* Help deliver high level customer experience through a customer-focused culture and processes within the Dealership environments.
* In conjunction with Dealer Principals and Sales Managers, develop proactive marketing plans and sales activities to drive retail enquiries and sales.
* Work closely to maximise Dealer fleet opportunities and support fleet programs.
