The Role
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Site Administrator to join the Programmed Energy Resources shutdown team based in Adelaide for a short term role.
Supporting the Maintenance team, this position is accountable for providing first class customer service and administration support to the business and assisting the recruitment, finance and operations teams.
Some of the key responsibilities of these roles include:
Managing Timesheets
Day to Day administration support or as required for other operations
Management of PPE and office supplies
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Answering telephone calls and front counter enquiries, taking accurate information
Data entry from a variety of information sources
Completion of all month charge sheets. Ensure that these are entered and sent to Finance for invoicing.
Support day to day operations and shutdown execution.
Experience Required
MUST have experience working within a site administrator role
Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask
Ability to utilise initiative and problem solve
C class driver's licence
Experience with Microsoft Office suite
Organised and able to meet deadlines
Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen
