They will either have experience in, or be trained to undertake, the following responsibilities:Maintain an efficient and safe work environment.Ensure survey equipment is calibrated and well-maintained.Conduct Cadastral and Re-establishment Surveys.Prepare survey plans, subdivisions, and lease area surveys.Perform control surveys and asset recording (sewer, water, A-Spec).Execute feature and level surveys.Carry out engineering surveys, including building set-out, monitoring, volume surveys, level, and estate control.Draft and review cadastral survey documents and plans.Prepare and submit documentation to the Land Registry.Stay updated on survey and planning-related legislation, strategies, and policies.What We're Looking ForIdeally, candidates will have:Experience conducting a variety of field surveys.Ability to process and reduce their own field survey data.Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.Experience with Trimble total stations and GPS equipment (preferred but not required).AutoCAD experience (preferred but not essential).Why Join Us?At our company, employees enjoy:A supportive, diverse, and inclusive work environment.Opportunities for professional and personal development.If you have the skills and motivation we're looking for, we'd love to hear from you!
