Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to drive technical support for machine technology in the Australian & New Zealand Agricultural industries? We are looking for a seasoned Technical Support Manager – Harvest & Hay to join our team.
In this role, you will lead the Technical Support team, overseeing the execution and delivery of support services for our products across the ANZ market.
We are ideally looking for a candidate based in Sydney; however, we are open to candidates based anywhere in Australia.
What You’ll Do
1. Ensure the safety, welfare and professional development of all team members
2. Ensure timely response to requests for technical support, and product related issues are accurately documented for local analysis and regional escalation
3. Drive high rates of product improvement program completion in market
4. Coordinate local containment actions to minimise potential impact to ANZ market share performance and commercial targets
5. Consult with stakeholders to ensure technical support activities are aligned with the strategies of the ANZ business and overall regional activities
6. Coordinate all activities associated with local product safety incidents
7. Increase the overall technical competency of the ANZ dealer network to ensure effective and efficient management of customer concerns
8. Work in conjunction with the ANZ technical training team to ensure successful delivery of a comprehensive training program within market for the relevant product portfolios
About You
1. 5 years of aftersales management experience in the agricultural, transport, construction or mining industries
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. A collaborative working style with the ability to coach and motivate others
4. Commercial and financial acumen
5. Flexibility to travel when required
6. Adaptable, results oriented with the ability to problem solve
