The team are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable individual to join their clinic as a Business Manager.Your new roleIn this role, you will be responsible for providing personalised and individual care to the patients through exceptional levels of customer service and teamwork. You will also provide support and management of the team to ensure the smooth running of the clinic. Your key tasks will include overall business management, HR management, financial management, associate liaison, referrer CPD organisation, and overall practice supervision. You will be responsible for clinic maintenance, managing the practice management system, complaint management, equipment maintenance, stock orders, and more.What you'll need to succeedTo excel in this role, you must have exceptional communication skills to interact with patients and other employees effectively. You will work closely with all the doctors, collaborating in a team of administrative and clinical staff where roles may overlap.
