We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our high performing sales team and make a significant impact on our customers' lives.
THE ROLE As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our company, responsible for guiding prospective customers through the home buying process.
You'll be working with a dynamic team of professionals, showcasing our range of exceptional residential construction projects and assisting clients in finding the perfect home that suits their needs and preferences.
Your day-to-day tasks would involve but not limited to: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential homebuyers, understanding their preferences and requirements to match them with the most suitable properties.
Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations, both on-site and virtually, to showcase the benefits and uniqueness of our residential properties.
Proactively seek new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking events, referrals, online platforms, and outreach initiatives.
Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for each customer.
To be successful for this role you'll need: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate, construction, or home building industry.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and fulfill customer needs effectively.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work 5 days including weekends.
