Job Description
As HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day HR activities across the entire employment lifecycle. You will work closely with the People Services Manager to ensure a fulfilling and engaging employee experience, while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Key Responsibilities will include;
o Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from position description development to candidate selection and onboarding;
o Facilitating performance management processes and supporting all aspects of Employee Relations;
o Supporting managers and staff on people-related matters and HR policies;
o Identifying training needs and employee engagement opportunities;
o Supporting the administration of HR and payroll systems to ensure accurate data for reporting purposes;
o Assisting in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, practices, and initiatives to ensure legal compliance and support retention;
o Ad hoc project related work including involvement in new HRIS.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have experience in a similar generalist role. You will possess;
o Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline;
o Track record in a generalist position with exposure to recruitment, employee relations and performance management;
o Exposure to international recruitment will be highly desired;
o Knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements;
o Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
o Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively;
o Payroll admin experience will be advantageous;
o You will be system savvy with an interest in this space.
