The TAFE NSW Manufacturing CoE is an agile approach to skills acquisition, connecting industry and education partners to foster innovative training pathways and enhance core manufacturing skills.Learn more about this initiative by visiting TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence.About the roleThis role will be required to drive business outcomes and foster a workforce of engaged, adaptable, and high-performing employees; it is crucial to design programs of work and activities that capture and articulate the needs of various employee segments to meet future workforce needs. This involves developing talent-building models, practices, and strategies tailored to these needs. Additionally, it will be required to analyse, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of these programs or activities. The role will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the process to ensure their input is considered in the development and execution of programs, utilising robust project management techniques to achieve desired results.The successful candidate must be willing to travel regionally as required to other TAFE NSW Campus locations at Wetherill Park, Newcastle (Tighes Hill)& Wollongong.About You The ideal candidate will possess the following:Degree qualification in related field or equivalent industry experience or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment/progress in achieving the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or another relevant educational qualification and knowledge of competency based training.Proven experience in developing and implementing leadership and management, performance, culture, engagement or talent development programs in a large organisation using project management methodology.Proven experience in applying adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, pedagogical strategies and technologies that achieve specified learning outcomes.Proven experience in evaluating the skills and knowledge of employees and the development of capability plans to meet future workforce needs.Proven experience in evaluating the impact of learning initiatives.Highly Desirable:Experience in the Manufacturing IndustryTo find out more about the role, click to view the Position Description.Applications close 11.55pm AEDT Monday, 27th January 2025
