Lead Group Healthcare are seeking a Facility Manager for a medium sized/large Residential Aged Care Facility located locally to Morwell in the East of the Latrobe Valley in the Gippsland region of Victoria. This is a highly supported environment that includes 2 experienced Clinical Managers, AN-ACC support, Education Support plus 24 hour Registered Nurses and Care team. The successful candidate will have strong operational management skills with the ability to lead a team and provide oversight to the facilities daily running and ongoing success, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and providing steady oversight on operational governance.
