My client owns and operates a multi-franchised dealership and due to business growth, the role of Service Receptionist has become available at their site based at Maroochydore.
In this entry level administration role, you will be the first point of contact for customers coming into the service department, whilst supporting the Service Advisors with clerical duties. This role offers the perfect opportunity to get your foot in the door of a dealership and progress your career with them.
Duties will include:
* Handling phone enquiries
* Meet and greet customers into the service department
* Entering booking into the system
* Customer care
* Essential requirements:

* Full Australian working rights
* Valid drivers licence
This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, and would suit someone wanting to get their foot in the door of the industry. Ongoing training will be provided, so that the candidate can advance their career within the dealership. OT will be paid for extra hours worked.
