Completing a range of operational, clerical, and administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the facility, you’ll also provide assistance with more complex tasks or projects and provide relief for other staff as required, to support efficiency and quality within the service and team. Seeking applicants with excellent customer service skills and teamwork. You will be taking the lead in scanning and indexing documents, accurate data entry and retrieval, attention to detail, tracking and follow-up of missing or incomplete records, meeting deadlines, and maintain a respect for patient privacy & confidentiality. Working hours flexible with discussion, 08:00 - 16:30 Monday – Friday. You will be supporting the manager and team with quality improvement activities, you’ll make decisions and take initiative in relation to day-to-day operational matters, performing according to established work practices and procedures, working under general instruction and broad supervision. Mentoring by the Health Information Manager and performance development based on agreed objectives and regular performance reviews.
