This is an incredible opportunity to join the regions finest boutique Real Estate brand. Working within the Sales Department and part of a team of three admin specialists, the role offers a diverse range of responsibilities and is fully supported by Belle's processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Administrative support to sales department
* On-boarding of new property listings
* Prepare digital proposals
* Complete settlement process
* Maintain client database
Experience & Skills:
* Min 2 years experience in a similar real estate or legal admin role
* Excellent communication skills
* Good time management skills, ability to work to deadlines
* Experience with Agent box, proposal point and realhub an advantage
