An exciting temporary opportunity has become available in the National Network Programs Team in the Program Development and Performance (PDP) section at the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR). The PDP section publishes and administers the four-year Queensland Transport and Roads Investment Program (QTRIP). Through the delivery of priority initiatives, activities and projects, PDP adds value by managing several program and project approvals, ensuring governance and legislative requirements are met, monitoring program delivery performance, building capability across the department and contributing to system support. In particular, you will provide effective and efficient support to the monitoring of programs relating to the Australian Government's Infrastructure Investment Program. This role is focussed on reporting on delivery of relevant projects/programs, program performance analysis and administrative support.Some Of Your Responsibilities Will IncludeMonitor and report monthly on the physical and financial progress of the Infrastructure Investment Program, including overall program performance analysis.Manage program and project data through computerised systems including Unifier, OPPM and SAP and specialist computer applications including internet browsers, email, diary, databases, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation packages.Provide assistance with the management of assigned federally funded programs and projects in QTRIP, including managing reporting, funding agreements, and other related processes and documents as required by the Australian and Queensland governments.Prepare annual certification and audit reports for the Infrastructure Investment Program.Liaise with districts, regions and key stakeholders to process changes to investment programs and projects, in accordance with governance frameworks.To thrive in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suitePrevious reporting experience in similar rolesExperience in analysing large amounts of data and identifying errors in data and reports.We recognise and celebrate that everyone is unique and seek the applicant best suited to the role.
