Reporting directly to the Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for independently servicing, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of access equipment. The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously. Create positive relationships between clients, suppliers and employees. Ensure all guidelines are being met in relation to the maintenance of equipment. Ensure a safe workplace is maintained All OHS incidents are documented and reported. Skills and Experience: Minimum three years' experience as a Technician Extensive knowledge of access equipment Strong technical and diagnostic skills. Ability to propose alternative solutions to customers and sell them on the benefits. High-level communication skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders. Strong attention to details, time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
