This position is an e ducation-focused specialised category of academic engagement reserved for talented educators with a passion for, and demonstrated excellence in, pedagogical practice and design. The successful applicant will be working within the Coaching Psychology Unit, which is the world’s first university-based Coaching Psychology Unit with the first established university master’s level program in coaching worldwide. The Coaching Psychology Unit is recognised internationally for its innovative and rigorous development of evidence-based approaches to coaching psychology and applied positive psychology and is renowned for establishing the early research base for the discipline internationally. Your key responsibilities will be to: undertake independent teaching into the programs delivered by the School’s Coaching Psychology Unit engage in high-quality teaching and learning experiences that meet the University’s expectations and standards for education-focused staff contribute to outstanding educational design, delivery and evaluation to improve student outcomes apply knowledge of contemporary pedagogical practice to innovate education.
