About the Role
* As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindy room, fostering a positive and supportive team culture.
* You will develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school, and positive experiences within our community, inspiring young minds to explore and discover.
* You will design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for our children, allowing for the unique and individual interests and strengths of each child, ensuring a tailored approach to learning.
* You will support the centre to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards, upholding the highest standards of care and education.
About You
* You hold an Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification, demonstrating a strong foundation in early childhood education.
* You have relevant teachers' registration (if applicable) and a current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain, ensuring you meet the necessary requirements for the role.
* You possess a current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain, prioritising the safety and well-being of our children.
* You have a strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds, sharing our organisation's values and mission.
