We are currently seeking a Coordinator to lead and oversee the network's activities during this period. Who you are The Coordinator (Student Voice Australasia) plays a vital role in facilitating a network of students and staff from tertiary institutions committed to fostering a culture of authentic, meaningful, and inclusive student engagement. This engagement spans institutional decision-making across governance, learning, teaching, and the student experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to inspire and drive positive change. A strong understanding of student engagement practices and experience in managing complex projects are essential for this role. Equally important, the Coordinator must be able to work independently while effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including students, staff, institutional leaders, and other relevant partners. What you'll do The Coordinator (Student Voice Australasia) will work under broad direction and will be responsible for a wide range of activities that will require high level organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities using judgment and initiative. The role will provide coordination and management of the SVA network, including representing the network at national and international forums, oversight of governance and operations and leadership of new initiatives. What will help you succeed Together with your relevant qualification and work experience, you will have: Well-developed organisational skills and an ability to take initiative in working with staff, students and higher education institutions. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce a wide range of documents for diverse audiences. Demonstrated experience in supporting and implementing projects, initiatives and committees.
