CEWA's greatest need is for Early Childhood and Primary teachers, and Secondary specialist teachers in the fields of Physical Education, Art, Design Technology (Metal, Plastic, Wood work), Music or Home Economics. Successful applicants require a university degree (or equivalent) in Education, registration with the TRBWA and availability to work either: long term contracts of 12 months (with option to extend) or contracts by school term (with option to extend).

From this pool, Principals will directly appoint outstanding individuals for their unique schools and communities.
