The Field Sales CRM Executive will support the development and drive GFA's Retail Field Sales CRM System to provide visibility of key business activities, to deliver best in class execution compliance and in store execution standards.This position will play a pivotal role in supporting the ongoing enhancement and development of this system, as well as key operational responsibilities relating to the automation of tasks and activities e.g.
Planning, communication, information, data collection, data analysis and reporting.Specifically, you will be responsible for:Create effective and specific survey sets to leverage our cycle plans and visitationWork with Field sales operations team to capture and share CRM output data to shape Tableau reporting requirementsSupport the quality and effectiveness of CRM reporting (via Tableau) to measure field execution standards and performanceAnalyse data to provide field performance improvement insights and directionRecommend ongoing systems improvement enhancements and activation approaches to drive efficiency and effectiveness for the National Field Sales TeamWork as part of the Field Sales Support Team to develop planning, communication and execution process improvement ("end to end")Engage with key stakeholders to determine and align on CRM information requirements, including business expectations and performance objectivesWhat you need:Knowledge of the FMCG industry highly desirableMinimum 3 years' experience working with a Field Sales CRM SystemIntermediate skills in Microsoft Office & information systemsProven track record in CRM admin and delivering process improvement i.e.
