About the Job
This is a critical position responsible for ensuring accurate room ratings and maintaining the room rack. The incumbent will work under the direction of the Front Desk Manager to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities
* Checking out vacant rooms, changing room statuses in the rack, and running alert date reports.
* Reviewing out-of-order and off-market rooms daily for validity.
* Responding to guest requests, checking guests out via video check-out, and offering bell assistance upon departure.
* Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent education required; front desk/hotel experience preferred.
* Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Strong mathematical skills specific to position responsibilities.
