About the Role
* You will be an experienced planning and environment lawyer at the Associate or Senior Associate level seeking a front-end role.
* Work predominantly with state government agencies and local government authorities on diverse matters, including:
Matter Types
1. All aspects of planning and development projects.
2. Developer contributions, planning agreements, and other infrastructure agreements.
3. Public sector acquisition of land (predominantly by agreement).
4. Full range of environmental matters, including biodiversity and threatened species, pollution, and contamination.
5. Public sector governance and administration, including tendering and procurement.
6. Public sector property issues, including Crown Land and Native Title matters.
