Real Estate & Property Analyst
Located in CapitaLand’s Sydney office, this role is a key position supporting the analysis, management, and growth of the company’s real estate portfolio across Australia.
The Role
* Preparing, analysing, and consolidating property and financial data for asset management reports.
* Supporting the implementation of asset strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
* Monitoring asset performance and preparing performance reports for management.
* Conducting cash flow analysis for leasing or capital investment decisions.
* Managing sustainability-related data and reporting requirements.
* Overseeing data integrity and performance benchmarking.
* Contributing to market trend analysis and annual valuation processes.
* Assisting with corporate reporting and strategic asset planning.
Requirements
* Tertiary degree in Real Estate, Valuations, Business, Commerce, or related fields.
* Advanced knowledge of investment management software (e.g., MRI, ARGUS, Forbury).
* High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
