CQUniversity is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Functional Business Analyst to join our dynamic Digital Services Directorate. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering data-driven recommendations to enhance CQUniversity's major enterprise systems, such as the Student, Finance, and Timetabling Management systems.
As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively across various departments to gather requirements, assess business needs, and implement innovative solutions that improve efficiency and streamline processes. You will lead small to medium projects, working closely with both internal and external experts to drive change and deliver impactful results.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Process Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to analyse and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains. Develop functional specifications and user stories based on your findings.Solution Development & Integration: Leverage your technical expertise to facilitate the design and development of streamlined system solutions that complement existing system architecture and drive productivity outcomes.Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration: Provide insights, advice, and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment between business needs and technical teams.Problem-Solving: Take ownership of complex issues, resolving them independently or collaboratively to meet agreed service targets and minimise disruptions.Be Rewarded6 weeks annual leave (incl.
