Key Responsibilities: Analyse customer relationships and business issues to assess competitive positioning.Develop and execute strategic objectives and proposals for key accounts.Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement account plans.Foster cross-team communication and coordination to enhance client engagement.Identify and pursue growth opportunities to expand the portfolio.Lead sales processes aligned with customer decision-making.Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and build trust.Organise, review, and generate executive summaries of account plans.Improve profitability and ensure the long-term success of partnerships.Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with sales policies.Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends. About You: Extensive experience in a commercial role, ideally within a global organisation.Strong commercial acumen, preferably with an industrial background.Proven ability in business development, identifying new opportunities within complex business structures.Experience in government negotiations (desirable).Highly driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.Strong negotiation skills in contracts, pricing, and solution selling.Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities.
