In this role, y ou will partner with stakeholders and provide expert advice on proc urement po licies, procedures, and standards in end-to-end procurement sourcing and contract management activities. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing procurement capabilities, addressing risks, and participating in various procurement initiatives to drive organisational success. What you will do: You will e ngage and advise key stakeholders on policies, procedures, systems and standards to enable them to deliver effective, outcomes-focused procurement activities across the organisation. You will p artner with key business stakeholders to develop innovative procurement, supply arrangements and support negotiations to meet specific business needs, manage risk and deliver value for money. You will d evelop, co-ordinate and lead sourcing activities to establish supply arrangements that meet business needs. What can you bring to this role: You are a proactive and adaptable professional with a strong understanding of procurement policy, processes, and legislation, particularly within the NSW Government Procurement Framework. You possess relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in procurement, demonstrating a solid grasp of procurement governance and best practices. You excel in explaining complex procurement processes to stakeholders and persuading them to adopt effective practices, even in a fast-paced, time-pressured environment. Your ability to stay updated with the evolving procurement landscape and your expertise in the business and supplier markets will be key to your success in this role.
