What is the Work Mix?
This is a rare role where you can go to work every day doing something different. It has a varied and interesting work-mix where you will be exposed to corporate and commercial matters across a diverse range of areas, including:

* Corporate and Commercial Contract negotiation, drafting and management

What You Need to Succeed?
To secure an interview for this role, you will ...
* Have between 5 and 10 years PAE
* Front-end advisory experience in construction, property, corporate and commercial contracts and procurement
* QITC (or the superseded GITC) experience is favourable but not necessary
* You may currently be working in-house, in government or at a national firm.
* Be admitted as a Solicitor in any Australian jurisdiction and have a current unrestricted practising certificate
* Be open to an initial 12 month contract - with the view to extension and permanency.
