Safety Compliance & Inspections: Enforce strict safety regulations, conduct independent site safety inspections, & ensure subcontractors adhere to safety standards & quality requirements. Quality Assurance & Documentation: Oversee subcontractors' materials & workmanship, ensure compliance with design specifications, manage ITPs, checklists, RFIs, & maintain records of site activities. Team Leadership & Communication: Provide leadership to site staff, foster a positive work environment, & collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, & suppliers to meet project objectives. Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Work with internal project teams & subcontractors to resolve site issues, & construction problems, & ensure the project progresses smoothly.
