About the role South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to provide senior support and assistance to the payroll team to process payroll documents and data files for salary and wages payments to staff and agencies. This is a permanent full-time position, with a monthly ADO. The successful incumbent will have demonstrated leadership skills and be able to positively influence others while displaying a continuous improvement mindset. An ability to work in a team environment and in an autonomous manner with well-developed time management, organisational and communication skills will set you up for success in this role. Experience in Payroll and HR information systems is highly desirable. This position will also deputise in the absence of the Manager Operations and Workforce Systems to ensure payroll functions and services continue to be delivered at a high standard.
