Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
* Executive Support: Assist senior executives by preparing documents, presentations, and reports. Handle confidential information with discretion.
* Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain professional communication via phone, email, and in-person.
* Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.
* Document Management: Create and maintain an organized filing system for important and confidential company documents.
* Project Management: Assist with the planning and execution of projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
* Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve company goals and improve office efficiency.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
