About the Position You will provide work within a strengths-based framework to support frail aged people (65 years and over, or 50 and over for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander peoples) with coordinated and integrated services to recipients and their carers. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, responsive, resourceful and with have the ability to create strong professional relationships. They will also utilise an individualised approach towards assisting senior participants to reach their goals. To be successful in this role, you will have: Certificate III Individual Support / Aged or Disability and/or at least one (1) years' experience in individual support or community services. Proven experience working with older people, providing quality services. Passion for helping others to live the life that they choose. Ability to work effectively in a close-knit team.
