Overview Property Insight is looking for an Analyst Manager for our Imaging department that will manage the processes and people responsible for historical and go forward image processing, currency, and quality control. This position will serve as the manager of the Imaging team, is responsible for our internal delivery teams' performance and will define requirements and ensure that projects are delivered successfully.The Analyst Manager will also be responsible for pursuing new opportunities to leverage technology, process improvement and maintains customer relationship both internal to FNF and external to government and other entities. Duties Manage, mentor, and supervise the Imaging QC team. Manage and optimize processes for daily, historical and special projects intake and ingestion. Plan, manage, and report on onboarding new imaging and datasets into our data repositories. Proactively communicate imaging processing and currency issues, identify root causes and implement improvements to prevent recurrence. Manage and optimize processes for data and image intake, validation, and reporting deliverables. Measure and improve quality and productivity metrics. Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes. Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, budget and business within your department and design/implement solutions to meet these needs. Organize and drive successful completion of initiatives through effective management of employees and effective collaboration with stakeholders. Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders within and outside of the company. Develops and manages information to support corporate decision making. Manages and improves existing reporting systems. Conducts and facilitates (and educates and trains on) analyses, issues identification, organizational risk assessments and decision-making processes. Provides consulting and analytic services to leadership. Collaborate with the other Imaging Teams to ensure understanding and efficiencies in the end-to-end imaging processes. Partner with the Automation team to drive continuous improvement. Education Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, computer science, management information systems or related field or equivalent related experience Experience At least 2 years of experience leading and managing operations and people in a technology environment. Proficiency in work management, scaling, project management, customer service, reporting, and process improvement in a data driven environment. Basic SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries. Familiar with ETL, FTP and data integration. Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, process improvements, and other key business outcomes. Strong project management skills Strong problem-solving, quantitative and analytical abilities. Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, customer service, collaboration and delegation skills. Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Additional Information This is an onsite position.
