Job Category: Banking and Financial ServicesJob DescriptionYour new role We have a permanent opportunity for an Analyst to join our highly valued Commercial Management team in the Technology and Transformation (TnT) team. Reporting to Commercial Manager - Transformation and Technology, you will support with financial management, procurement and workforce planning across the TnT portfolio, ensuring that portfolio financial processes operate efficiently.With the strong existing leadership and support available within our commercial management team, this role suits someone who is motivated and passionate, willing to take on various tasks, keen to further build and develop their expertise in commercial management, within both BAU and Projected Based capacity.Key Responsibilities: Support with contractual management of vendors and procurement activities understand the direction and guidance of Commercial Manager.Assist in month end financial process for TNT BAU and project financials.Contribute to the management of TnT workforce plan and track the mobilisation to new target operating model as per the strategic objectives of the TnT portfolio.Assist the Commercial Manager with establishing the Strategic Vendor Management Framework for identified strategic and preferred vendors within the TnT portfolio.Involved in other ad-hoc activities based on business requirement and priorities.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat you need to excel Subject matter expertise in procurement, financial management and/or contract management principles and techniques.Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g. Excel, accounting software).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.Ability to work with various internal stakeholders to proactively manage risks and opportunities in relation to the commercial aspects of the transformation program.Knowledge of IT procurement processes and vendor management will be advantageous but not mandatory.Sound business and commercial knowledge and experience are highly desired.What you'll get in return Permanent full time position.Flexibility to work in the Canberra office and from home.Be a part of a highly successful, diverse and supportive team.Benefit from CSC's commitment to excellence through the core competency framework which underpins all people processes to foster empowerment, continuous development, recognition, and a collaborative culture, ensuring you have the tools and support necessary to thrive and excel in your role.To apply for this opportunity please include a cover letter outlining your suitable skills, career aspiration alignment and interest in the position and working for CSC, along with your current resume.Please note: Agency submissions will not be considered for this position.
