Assist in the delivery and management of projects at Adelaide and Parafield airports.
* Assist and lead project management activities of specified projects to achieve quality, program and budget outcomes;
* Assist with budget tracking, monitoring and variance reporting;
* Support Project Managers, Snr PM and Directors in the delivery of Projects
* Provide general project support to the Project Delivery teams as required, including coordination and establishment of a Project Management Office and project coordination through the Project Management Framework;
* Ensure all building works comply with Airports Act and AAL requirements;
* Understand, work within and contribute to all Company Policies and Procedures;
* Contribute to Airport Emergency Response;
* Embed Customer Service in attitudes and actions;

* Assist in the BA process in relation to 3rd Party BAs and issue of the PERCOW and oversee delivery of 3rd party developments through the building approvals process;

Combination of education and experience demonstrating knowledge, skills and abilities equivalent to:
* Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, Construction, Project Management, Aviation or related field; and
* Drivers licence

* 2 - 3 years in construction or project management
* Experience in managing budgeting and coordination of projects.
* Experience in programming of projects
* Experience in managing design teams, contractors and stakeholders.
* Experience in project reporting.
* Experience in managing multiple projects in an operating environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as effective listening skills with team members and stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Ability to effectively plan, organise and prioritise work on a daily basis, work on multiple tasks accurately and quickly in a high pressure/short deadline environment, and understand issues quickly and manage changing priorities
Desirable
* Experience in liaison with a diverse range of stakeholders
* Knowledge of airport and airline operations
