The role of the Human Resource Manager is to assist Leadership with managing the HR function at St Joseph's School and offer support and guidance to staff. The HR Manager will deliver efficient strategic and operational HR activities including recruitment and employment processes, industrial relation services, workers compensation / return to work support, professional development and performance management.
