As we continue to grow, we seek a Sales and Administration Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting sales and client management teams. The Sales and Administration Coordinator will be key in managing daily sales administration tasks, coordinating enquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and our internal sales team. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage sales leads and incoming emails, distributing enquiries and assessments accordingly. Organise and distribute returning client assessments and Ready-to-Book leads. Assign leads and appointments to the Sales Executive team daily. Manage missed calls via DialPad and coordinate follow-ups. Keep CRM and sales tracking systems up-to-date with accurate records. Maintain and update the sales blackboard and process administrative inboxes. Handle enquiry denials. Support the sales team by ensuring seamless and efficient administrative processes. Manage general office administration by maintaining and managing stock levels for equipment, food and beverages, office cleaners and clean office environment. What We’re Looking For: Experience : Proven experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role is highly valued. Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to team members and clients. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Solve 360 and Zoho), the Gmail Suite, and other relevant software. Mindset: A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a keen eye for detail. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively in a fast-paced sales environment. In return for your dedicated performance, you will be remunerated with a base salary of $72,500.00 per annum.
