About The Role
The Territory Sales Manager role within the CopRice Ag Retail team is part of the CopRice PET packaged business and is a highly autonomous role that drives sales, builds strong sustainable relationships and creates new business across the entire CopRice packaged product range throughout an entire region.
Key Responsibilities
* Influencing relationships with key accounts in Queensland (North of Brisbane).
* Managing sales volumes, value and margins for packaged products in Queensland (North of Brisbane).
* Delivering CopRice budgeted profit and sales target for the allocated region.
* Creating sustainable new business from which budgeted profit and sales targets can be delivered.
* Working to meet or exceed goals, ensuring delivery with efficiency and effectiveness.
* This role requires you to travel, which will include some regular nights away from home.
About You
Ideally, you will have a minimum of five years’ territory management experience in the agriculture or pet industry. You also have:
* Experience developing and executing long-term strategies that have ongoing mutual benefits. You are motivated, adaptable and have an appetite to deliver results.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; you are decisive in your problem-solving approach, possess strong organisational and planning skills, and are a natural influencer, able to engage and make a difference.
* You are collaborative in your approach, driven, and results-oriented.
* You enjoy working both autonomously and as part of a wider team achieving goals and driving new pathways to growth in your designated territory.
