The successful candidate will be accountable for leading the strategic architecture, development, technical delivery practices, and continuous improvement of Landcom’s Application platforms, largely centred on the Microsoft stack of applications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure), Oracle and several SaaS solutions. They will also liaise with vendors and external partners to deliver quality technology solutions, in collaboration with business and technology leaders, to progress Landcom’s strategic technology plan.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding technical leadership and expertise to the IT team and vendors, managing small-scale projects as needed, staying informed about emerging IT landscape changes, and providing guidance for issue resolution to support the wider Landcom business.Leading the technical delivery of exciting transformation projects.Mentoring and coaching other team members.Proactively create and maintain knowledge articles and as-built documentation, ensuring that application information and data are current and relevant.Implementing and deploying solutions using Dynamics 365 / Power Platform / SharePoint / Azure Apps within Landcom.Contribute to the establishment of Landcom's Data Strategy, considering alignment to a future with Microsoft enabled AI.Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role you will have :A minimum of years senior level experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, with a deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product along with appropriate current certifications.
