Key Responsibilities
1. Assist with administrative and reception tasks related to department, including the maintenance of necessary supplies.
2. Maintain loan/inventory lists.
3. Collate and calculate total hours worked by staff members for submission to payroll, and reconcile account charges, lessons given, and wages paid.
4. Organise examination sessions and coordinate with the Accounts Department.
5. Can work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
6. Have a strong work ethic and a high level of confidentiality.
7. Have the desire to work collaboratively and be an active part of the school community.
About you:
8. Have highly developed interpersonal skills.
9. Have a record of strong organisational and planning skills.
10. The ability to maintain professional boundaries whilst working in a collaborative environment.
11. Strong computer skills: using Adobe InDesign, Synergetic, Excel and Accessit would be advantageous.
12. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and within set deadlines.
