Your opportunity The parking experience is often the first and last impression for customers and retailers visiting our Westfield Living Centres.
As the Car Park Supervisor at Westfield Kotara, you will report directly to the Services Manager and play a key leadership role.
Your primary focus will be ensuring the efficient management of car park operations across physical, personnel, procedural, and commercial aspects.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for: Lead, coach, and develop the parking team to provide exceptional customer experiences.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement improvements for the parking experience.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) while maintaining overall operational awareness.
Analyse data to identify trends and insights that drive future enhancements.
Ensure safety standards are maintained within the car park, partnering with relevant teams.
Work with the Centre Risk and Security Manager to manage Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S), including reviewing and updating WH&S documentation such as the WH&S Management Plan, Traffic Management Plan, and Peak Traffic Flow Plan.
This full-time, on-site role at Westfield Kotara requires occasional weekend shifts on a roster basis, with a day off in lieu to maintain work-life balance.
