As a Business Banking Manager, you will be responsible for:Participating in high volume inbound and structured leads-based outbound callingProviding high quality customer service to a wide and diverse range of customers in a team-based managed portfolioThe retention and growth of existing customersUnderstanding customer ambitions and help them realise their business growth and development goalsContributing to a high performing team culture and environment based on high collaboration and rapid customer solutioningMeeting assigned performance targets across the balanced scorecardEngaging with existing small business customersManagement of a team-based customer portfolioEffective collaboration with Lighthouse & CSO enablement teamsMaintaining deep knowledge of the ANZ product suite to ensure customers are recommended appropriate solutions What will you bring?
