At Diabetes Australia, we're looking for a skilled and strategic Integrated Marketing Manager to drive multi-channel marketing initiatives that deliver real impact. From national campaigns to audience-specific engagement initiatives, you'll drive activity that supports over 1.5 million Australians living with or at risk of diabetes. This role reports to the Integrated Marketing Lead and is part of the central Integrated Marketing team, working closely with Content & Creative, Digital Marketing, and program teams across Diabetes Australia.
You'll help lead the planning and delivery of campaigns and broader marketing initiatives across Diabetes Australia and programs like the National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS), Membership, Fundraising, Corporate Partnerships, and more.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns that support organisational and program-specific objectives.Translate briefs into actionable strategic marketing plans aligning paid, owned, and earned channels.Coordinate non-campaign initiatives including customer journey mapping and segmentation-led marketing.Source and analyse research and insights to inform audience-centric marketing strategies.Collaborate with Content & Creative and Digital Marketing teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.Manage campaign budgets and coordinate internal teams and external agencies for timely, efficient delivery.Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using insights to drive continual improvement.Stay at the forefront of marketing trends to ensure campaigns remain innovative and audience-relevant.You'll thrive in this role if you have:Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field.6+ years' experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights.Proven experience managing budgets, agencies, and internal resources for campaign delivery.Exceptional project management skills — you know how to juggle priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse internal teams and external partners.Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and platforms for performance tracking and optimisation.Bonus points if you also bring:Experience in the not-for-profit, healthcare, or agency sectors.Familiarity with the Australian healthcare landscape and its audiences.You'll have the opportunity to work on meaningful national initiatives that truly make a difference in people's lives.
