Education and Experience Requirements: A four-year degree from an accredited institution with a major in Accounting or Finance and at least 7 - 10 years of accounting experience in the engineering, procurement, and construction industry.Must be willing and able to relocate anywhere in the world and undertake global business travel as needed. Required Knowledge and Skills: Language capability in Spanish.Above average organizational skills with the ability to function in a matrix organization and simultaneously handle numerous tasks of varying degrees of complexity.Able to work independently or as part of a team and use good judgment in the execution of assigned tasks.Prior work experience in payroll, accounts payable, client billing and general ledger.Thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.Prior Oracle Financials experience and proficiency with MS office suite.Possess future leadership potential.
