There are vast opportunities to engage in Advanced Scopes of Practice.The service has 3 key priorities:PracticeEducationResearchAbout the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated pharmacist with experience in hospital pharmacy to support and coordinate the development of the workforce and management portfolio in a full-time ongoing position.As the Lead Pharmacist - Leadership, Management and Culture, you will lead the management of a workforce of approximately 300 staff, both at a strategic and day-to-day level, under the leadership of the Deputy Director of Pharmacy - Workforce and Culture. You will work to investigate new workforce models and develop IT tools and dashboards to assist in determining demand for workforce and forecast trends.
