Job Description
Under the direction of the location director and retail manager, the guest services supervisor is responsible for the work carried out within the central lodging and retail hub.

Lake Powell is the second largest man-made lake in the United States & is the ultimate playground. Over two million people visit each year to view the iconic landscape of sandstone arches, canyons, & winding waterways. The crystal-clear waters are home to water sports like boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, & rafting. Instagrammable points of interest include Antelope Canyon, Rainbow Bridge, & Horseshoe Bend.
Job Responsibilities
* Supervises Guest Services Support Staff and retail operations of the campground store.
* Coordinates registration functions and transportation for all guests.
* Oversees front desk and concierge tasks to ensure world-class service is provided in the following areas:
o Check-in and check-out functions.
o Ensures proper execution of the Lobby Ambassador Program.
o Guest orientation of the local area and the conference center facilities.
o Proper telephone service technique and PBX operation.
o Handling of guest mail, messages, and special deliveries.
o Coordinating reservations for guest transportation.
o Full understanding and utilization of the property management system.
o Assisting all guests in any way possible including following up on guest concerns in a timely manner.
o Maintaining a limited supply of sundries and restocks as necessary.
o Issuing and monitoring safe deposit boxes.
o Opening and closing of support staff cashier banks.
o Design and implement training programs to ensure that all staff are well-versed in daily job functions, safety awareness, and Aramark policies and procedures.
o Responsible for ordering, storing, and inventory of all supplies necessary to perform daily operations.
o Communicate closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
o Establish, implement, and follow all emergency procedures.
o Perform any or all other duties as assigned by the Guest Services Manager.
Qualifications
* Requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing world-class service to the client, guests, and co-workers.
* A strong knowledge of personal computers is essential.
* Experience in all facets of providing guest services.
* Must be able to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with others.
* Strong organizational abilities.
* Preferably two years in hospitality services or like environment performing like duties as Guest Services or Concierge's supervisor.
* Must be able to read, write, and clearly speak English.
