The Position
1. Project management of our Mine Site Cleaning contract with flagship client
2. Portfolio includes 7 mine sites throughout the Bowen Basin, cleaning contract only
3. Maintaining consistent operational performance, driving quality, cost, people capability and performance
4. Driving regular and sustainable improvement in our safety performance
5. Fostering a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation
6. Staff engagement and development, modelling positive working relationships, demonstrating trust, care and respect
7. Developing strategic client relationships, and identify additional growth opportunities
8. Support client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are followed
9. Flexible with rosters, but ideally we're looking for someone based in the Mackay/Moranbah region, or willing to relocate.
The Person
10. Experience in Remote Portfolio / Project Management positions
11. Experience working with leading mining clients is advantageous, particularly in the cleaning space
12. Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build effective and engaged teams
13. Experience managing multiple client relationships and project deadlines with competing priorities
14. Strong financial and analytical skills in managing budgets and allocating appropriate resources to ensure a sustainable and profitable business
15. Experience in Staff recruitment, retention, rostering, and subsequent management of large scale workforces.
