This role is based in Tamworth, within one of the larger automation branches that has a strategic ambition and potential for significant growth; you will be required to operate in line with business strategy to support transformational change and increase profitability against all KPI's. You will have demonstrable experience of managing change programmes, driving excellence, and growing an operation. With a passion for people, you will demonstrate your ability to develop teams, work collaboratively across multiple functions, and build strong and lasting relationships with customers. As a commercially astute and driven individual, you will be comfortable managing a large P&L and identifying risks and opportunities within the operation.
