How will I help?
We are looking for a Facilitator/Coach to join the Consumer Division Capability team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Delivery and Engagement, this role is responsible for delivering high-impact coaching and facilitation services that drive leadership excellence, foster team cohesion, and accelerate both professional and personal growth.
This role is critical in supporting our leaders, employees and teams to enhance performance and create a culture of continuous learning and development, while also contributing to analysis and design activities through expert facilitation.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Conduct assessment and deliver impactful leadership, personal and professional programs that measurably improve capability and performance
Provide one-on-one coaching to leaders, focusing on enhancing leadership capabilities and personal effectiveness
Facilitate team-building sessions and workshops to improve team dynamics, communication, and collaboration
Utilise face to face and virtual delivery mediums to create a quality learning experience
Implement coaching frameworks and methodologies aligned with the bank's leadership capability framework
Support analysis and design activities through facilitation of workshops or conducting fieldwork activities in partnership with the Performance Consulting and Capability Solutions teams
Contribute expertise to needs analysis, solution design, and evaluation activities through a facilitation lens
What do I need?
Experience facilitating virtual learning solutions, using webinar technology
You will have experience facilitating and delivering leadership programs
Excellence in classroom delivery either in face to face or virtual
Advanced communication and presentation skills
Coaching experience
ICF (International Coach Federation) certification at PCC level or equivalent
Accreditation in psychometric tools (e.g., LSI, DiSC)
Experience in banking & financial services
