Salary Range: $84,077 - $121,092 per annum pending experience + $12,648 per annum ML Allowance

About the role
Burdekin Catholic High School is seeking an experienced and dedicated Secondary Teacher - Middle Leader - Pastoral. This role will see you taking on a Pastoral Leader role for students in Year 9 & 10. This is a full-time fixed-term contract commencing 20 January 2025 to 19 September 2025.
The Pastoral Leader supports the mission of the College through effective leadership in supporting students as College and community members. The successful applicant will demonstrate leadership in three dimensions: leadership of teaching and learning, human leadership and strategic leadership.

Mandatory Criteria/Professional Registration/Other
* Appropriate Tertiary qualification with registration or eligibility for registration with Queensland College of Teachers
* Current Driver’s Licence
* Ability to travel from time to time within the Catholic Diocese of Townsville
* Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner.
