About the Role
You will work closely with your Sales Professional, providing support and playing a significant role in the Customer Journey. This diverse role brings together customer service, administration, and sales support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service and advocate for customers' needs
* Utilize administration and customer service experience, with exposure to sales support functions beneficial but not essential
* Possess strong technology skills and ability to learn new systems easily; experience with Salesforce is advantageous but not required
* Work effectively to deadlines and demonstrate strong self-management and direction-following capabilities
* Show enthusiasm for learning and growth opportunities
* Hold a full driver's license and reliable transportation
* Advantageous to have exposure to contract and legal administration
