Our client is a manufacturing and fit-out company based near Southport on the Gold Coast, seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team.
This role requires proficiency in Quickbooks and Xero, along with strong organisational and time-management skills.Responsibilities:Manage accounts payable and receivableProcess invoices and paymentsReconcile bank statements and credit cardsMaintain accurate financial recordsPrepare financial reports as requiredAssist with month-end and year-end reportingLiaise with external accountants for tax and compliance mattersProvide general administrative support for the finance departmentThe ideal candidate will have experience working with Quickbooks and Xero, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
